We love our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from us. We will accept unused and unwashed items with their original packaging for return within 30 days of purchase. We can either issue a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
In order to process a return, please fill out a web customer claim form (which can be downloaded below) and mail it along with your unused/unwashed item, at your expense, to:

We take great pride in selling merchandise that is free of manufacturing defects, but unfortunately, we’re not always perfect. We will accept any defective item for a full refund or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged merchandise. For the return of defective items, please email a customer claim form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
